"Acne"

Acne is one of exasperated a half people. Quantity of acne sufferer not depend on men or women that happen to teenagers until adults. Acne come in everywhere that  its want in part of human body which have problem with oil. Many people are very bothered with its that appear in wrong time. For example : when people have to hold an event that demand to having a face-to-face encounter with the others people. This disease often become a reason to people’s failure if they declined by someone, don’t have many friends, fail in a competition, and so on. Consequently, many people become not confidence and not to be thankful for what they have. So, what is acne exactly? and what are the reason and kinds of acne ?

Acne is a skin disease that cause of blocked pore and oil that produce by oil gland. Acne will appear to men or women, when they have experienced puberty (a time of sexual maturing). In this time, the oil glands produce oil more than they were kids. That glands work actively than before because an influence from Androgen Hormone. Besides, acne is not a dangerous disease that can cause death. It is kind of abnormal condition skin that can return like usual if people do the right treatment. Then, as we know acne can appear in many place in part of human body. Not only on face, but can appear in another place, like : on back, chest, neck, and etc.

There are many cause why acne can come up. The first one because oil glands produce superfluous oil.  For the reason that, much oil come to pore and blocked it. The second is bacterium. Bacterium that stay in skin like to multiply in oil gland which blocked. This condition will make irritation on the skin and then swelling is going to happen so that spread to around that skin. Then,  acne also a result of deal skin cell. If the dead skin cell blend with oil and dirt on the skin, it will create  a compound that finally can be  white spot or black spot.  Cosmetic also give influence to develop of acne.  Cosmetics which contain with oil and fondation are give more opportunity to acne to multipy. Automatically, oil and fondation will be easier to come into the pore and at least it blocked. So that, pore can not do good respiration. The last one is stress. People that get stress difficult to control themselves.  This state of being bring the hormone to increase and also give effect to desire for food. They can not manage it, so they eat all kind of food as releasing from their stress. Unwittingly, acne has appeared on the skin.

Actually, there are three kind of acne that usually develop on the skin.  In the beginning is Comedo. Truly, comedo is the blocked pore that be come large on skin.  It can be blackhead, look like large pore and black. Then, whitehead have a skin layer that cover the pore and look like swelling.  Then, acne. The characteristics are swelling and reddish or pink. It happen because bacterium develop in the oil gland and cause blocked the  oil gland and irritation to the skin. The third is cystic acne. Cystic  acne is big ones acne with severe irritation and gathered around the face. This acne is  the worse one and need long time to make the skin become usual again. Because irritation that occured on the skin have excessived.

So, acne is skin disease that come up because blocked of pore. Blocked of pore can occure if oil gland produce much oil, bacterium, material which use in cosmetics and stress that increase the hormone. Acne will appear like comedo, acne, and cystic acne and they develop not only on the face, but also in another place too.
